I’m an engineer by training but a creator at heart. My journey into baking began when I started making cakes with my mom first, then for my children and friends followed. What started as a simple hobby quickly blossomed into a passion for perfecting flavours and adding a creative twist to everything I bake. This adventure has opened doors to new opportunities, allowing me to explore innovative culinary techniques and develop my skills in crafting edible art. Along the way, I’ve had the chance to blend my love for design, food, and creativity, building a repertoire of unique flavours and even custom recipes for special clients. What excites me most is the opportunity to take on unique and challenging requests that push me to think outside the box. These projects inspire me to create something truly special—both in taste and design. My goal is always to ensure that every element of my cakes is a delight, making each bite a fun and flavourful experience. With my engineering background and a passion for baking, I’ve grown from a home baker to the proud owner of By Aura.
